What you need
White fungus Melon 冬瓜
almond
Rock sugar
Method
Remove skin and seeds, cube melon into small cubes.
Soak white fungus, remove impurities.
Break them into small pieces.
Soak almond for 1/2 hour.
Add all ingredients into water and boil for 1 hour over medium heat.
