Going Bananas Part II

Min pointed out to me that I have been baking too many cakes lately. Maybe that explains the extra inches that I have discovered on myself. So, instead of having cakes, cakes and more cakes. I try my hand at banana pancake with butterscotch sauce. My weakness for anything sweet. heehee. Result: Son likes it. adapted the banana pancake from Don (NJ) and Butterscotch sauce from Don Lung
