Going Bananas Part II
Min pointed out to me that I have been baking too many cakes lately. Maybe that explains the extra inches that I have discovered on myself.
So, instead of having cakes, cakes and more cakes. I try my hand at banana pancake with butterscotch sauce. My weakness for anything sweet. heehee.
Result: Son likes it.

Hi woman, if you're worried abt all the extra inches you're puttin on becoz of yr desserts, can always pass some of those yummies my way... Hehe!!
ReplyDeleteBtw, had discovered this banana & red beans tarts at tis stall at the basement of Junction8. Can't remember the name but it's the one sellin the egg tarts... Their new pdt of banana & red bean tarts are not too bad... can try if you're there...

ReplyDeleteEdith, try baking it instead of pan frying it. I took the recipe idea of baking it from Allrecipes.com. today i made 3 types of pancakes..2 was normal pan fried, 1 was baked Banana pancake
