cooling down

yea.... the week has begun at long last. Today, son sat for his first paper and three more to go. After that, we are all looking forward to a long and fun break.

Since all our "temperature" had been on a red alert high. Got some pears and prepare Pear with almond nuts drink.

Accordingly to mom, this combination is good for health. Yeap, my lungs and throat needs some moisturing after weeks of talking "non stop".

As usual, I am too lazy to pick up the phone to ask mom whether to keep the skin on or off. Should have remove the skin and double boil it instead. I think it will definitely make a better dessert than a drink.


What you need:

Pear (remove skin and pits)
Almond nuts rock sugar (to taste)
