There were leftover duck from our potluck dinner. Kris told me that it is okay to deep freeze the meat. With that in mind, I already knew how I am going to finish up the remaining meat.

As this week is a week of revision with my son. I knew I have to prepare simple meal in order to save time from too much washing up. I got some really nice wheat honey wrap and did a very simple dinner of Shredded Duck Burrito.

Quick and easy and best of all, pretty healthy as I added lots of veggie to it.

What you need

Burrito skin Duck meat (shredded)
Tomatoes (diced)
Cheddar cheese (shredded)
sweet sauce

  1. Looks good Edith. People say a one pot meal. This one is a one roll meal. You have your veges, meat and starch all rolled up in one. Kids must have enjoyed it. -lance

  2. This is a pretty interesting combination :)
