My daughter had a sudden liking to Char Siew and today I prepared something that I find it is so simple and nice. Just the way I ate it when I was young. Char Siew with onion Photobucket and my attempt in preparing Ngoh Hiang via the steam and fried way. (I normally just wrapped and fried). Photobucket
