Got to be quick

Today not too good day for me as I started having a bad migraine since noon. It got worse by late afternoon. I needed to fix dinner the fastest possible way. Thus steaming and roasting can cut down my cooking time by half I think. With a throbbing headache, I couldn't really enjoy my share but nevertheless, I think I did pretty okay with our Chicken Chop with Roasted Corn tonite. Photobucket

  2. Hope u get better soon! Btw, a very fast method to cook corn is to butter it then wrap with cling wrap & microwave it for abt 3.5 mins for 2 fresh corns, fast & easy :)

  5. I hope you are feeling better but if it is any consolation, even with a migraine you cook up a mean meal. Great job!

  6. oh dear, did you have any medicine that helps? Edith, please take care, don't over-work huh.
Your chicken looks very crisy... my area is famous for corn, really the time in my life know corn can be heavenly, the juice seems going to burst through the silky skin any second!
