A simple meal

Our rice noodle is always so oily. I just wonder why. I have tried Vietnamese fresh rice noodle before and theirs are so good and non oily too. Why can't Singapore manufacture something like that? So much healthier. Saw this dried rice noodle from Thailand at the supermarket. So I grabbed a packet to test out. Bingo, this is just what I wanted. My Chicken Soup Rice Noodle with only a tinge of oil and yet deliciously smooth. Photobucket
