Sweet and Sour

This is one of my favourite dish that my mom cooks. Sweet and sour prawns. It never failed to tantalise the taste buds and it is so easy to prepare.

What you need:

1kg prawns (removed head and shell and deveined)
2 fresh tomato (cut into quarters)
4 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
sugar and salt to taste
Minced garlic
8 tbsp water

Method

Heat wok, sautee garlic till fragrant.

Add in prawns and cook till they turned pink.

Add in tomato sauce, vinegar, and water.

Seasoned with sugar and salt.

Add in tomatoe and stir for a few sec.

Remove and serve with rice.
