Our all time favourites

My mom can cooked this Stewed Chicken with Onions beautifully. So today, I tried to replicate it. Though slightly different from hers, mine is still not too bad.

Another all time favourite is Egg Beancurd with Oyster Sauce. This is such an easy and healthy dish.

What you need:

Egg Tofu (avail in tube form), cut to thick slice
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1/2 bowl of water

Method:

Pan fry egg tofu with a little oil. Remove and drained.

Mixed Oyster sauce with a little water and corn starch.

Heat wok, add in oyster sauce mixture, bring to boil. Stirring.

Once sauce thickens, add egg tofu.

Mixed well and serve.
