Another braised pork?

There are so many different versions of braised pork that I am constantly seeking for one that my family will love. Even though I didn't have any pork belly on hand, I still go ahead and try out Joshua's recipe. I have modified it a little with lesser sugar and more sauce. Verdict: Family members love it!!!
